Tongue Bundle
When people ask about the story of Tongue bundle (the most impeccably ill-fated project in music history), they become weak with disappointment and the onset of a head cold. This is because the metaphorical book of this band is shit-thin with absent pages, and is commonly read aloud whilst the listener stands in a puddle. The ever unreliable stories and half remembered encounters - breathlessly delivered by the kind of people who struggle to stay awake on the toilet, only serve to proliferate the uncertainty of the bands history.
So the truth of Tongue Bundle remains a speculation. According to available evidence, it began with the meeting at a concert performed by Japanese experimental band the Boredoms; and most likely ends in a vicious bloodbath somewhere in Connemara.
Little is known about the interim time, except that they were polite and played mean music. Music that has been described as “..real mean” and “..cold bloodedy provocative” yet “..silly”, “..casual”, “..sensual” and “..meaner than your average”.
This will have to be our only window into their world.
For now at least, until one day more output is unearthed.

Look at the screen. At the blue mud, sparse yellow trees and red pools of rainwater. Look at the pink wind turbines disappearing with the horizon. Though the sky is not blue, its pink behind them too, they are not camouflaged. Nice try, wind turbine.
Don't get caught up in the whirl of the blades or you may never think again. This is wind. This is KIN. See the likes popping out of the pools. This is KIN. See the eggs floating out of the clouds. This is KIN.
See the porcelain faces and panty hose limbs creeping over the horizon. This is KIN. See the raw chicken splashing from the turbines' blades. This is KIN. See the paparazzi rising from the mud. This is KIN. Hear the notifications dinging in. This is KIN. Feel your breath shortening. This is KIN. Wheels screeching. This is KIN. Now your flying through the air. This is KIN. Plunging into a pool. This is KIN. Likes pricking your skin. This is KIN. Egg cracking down your lips. This is KIN. Puppet's caressing your knees. This is KIN. Raw chicken crawling down your throat. Brian Dillon
Brian Dillon is a musician and sound artist. He is a member of acclaimed, experimental band Meltybrains?, as well as the Dublin Laptop Orchestra and has worked as a producer and performer with musicians such as Liza Flume and Slow Skies in the past. He is an avid composer and performer of electronic music and has been known to dabble in ambient, soundscape, noise, drone and plenty of other weird types of music. Brian's music explores sound worlds not dissimilar to Tim Hecker or Sunn )))0, but also touches on the ambience of composers such as Brian Eno and Jon Hopkins.

This Fresh Hell is the live incarnation of his beat/techno productions.
